Extract from the Deck Log of the Cruise aboard Coral Princess

April 11th, Port Everglades, Florida, USA

With all passengers and crew aboard, we let go our mooring lines at 1749, and the Captain manoeuvred the ship off the berth. Once clear of the South Channel, we then swung the ship to starboard and headed out of the exit channel. Once clear of the harbour we disembarked the pilot, who had assisted us on the Bridge in our navigation. Easterly courses were then set as we navigated the North West providence Channel, en route to Nassau.
